Terms of Service

Last updated: August 16, 2026

These terms govern your use of nervelinksf.com. Using the site means you accept them. If you don't, don't use the site.

Paid work is different. If we agree to build something for your company, that engagement runs on a separate written agreement covering scope, price, and timeline. Where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

Who we are

Nerve Link is a service business operating in Washington State. We build speed-to-lead response systems and automation for roofing contractors, and we configure GoHighLevel for contractors who already use it. We have no physical location open to the public.

Using this site

The site is informational. You can read it, share it, and contact us through it. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, or harvest it in a way that degrades it for anyone else.
  • Submit the form with someone else's contact details, or with details that aren't real.
  • Attempt to break, probe, or gain unauthorized access to the site or the systems behind it.
  • Copy the written content and publish it as your own.

We may change, pause, or take down any part of the site at any time. It's a marketing site, not a product you're paying for, so there's no uptime commitment attached to it.

The booking form

Submitting the form starts a conversation. It isn't a contract, it doesn't reserve capacity, and it doesn't obligate either of us to anything. We may decline work for any lawful reason, and you're free to walk away at any point before a written agreement is signed.

By submitting your phone number you agree we may contact you about your inquiry by phone, email, or text. How we handle those details is covered in our Privacy Policy.

Third-party platforms

The systems we build run on tools we don't own: GoHighLevel, CRMs, messaging and telephony providers, calendar and email services. Those platforms set their own terms, pricing, and availability, and they change them without consulting us.

You hold the accounts and pay those providers directly. We're not responsible for a third-party platform raising its price, changing its features, suspending your account, or going down. If a platform breaks something we built, we'll tell you what happened and what the options are.

Your responsibilities in an engagement

If we build a system for you, some things stay yours:

  • Consent and messaging law. You own the customer relationship and the compliance obligations that come with it, including the TCPA, carrier registration requirements, and the rules on when you may text or call someone. We build systems that support compliant practice and we'll flag risks we see. We don't provide legal advice, and we're not your compliance department.
  • What the system says. You approve the messaging before it goes live. Once approved, the content of those messages is yours.
  • Access and accuracy. Timely access to your accounts, and accurate information about how you quote and schedule work. Bad inputs produce bad automation.
  • Your own licensing and insurance. Nothing we do touches your contractor licensing, bonding, or insurance obligations.

No guaranteed results

We don't promise a specific number of leads, appointments, jobs, or revenue. This site makes no income claims and cites no performance figures, deliberately. What we commit to is building the system we agreed to build, and that it works as specified.

Response speed is a property of the system: it replies within roughly a minute of a trigger it receives. Whether a homeowner replies, books, and signs depends on your pricing, your reputation, your crews, and your market.

Intellectual property

The site's text, layout, and branding belong to Nerve Link. Our underlying methods, templates, and reusable components stay ours across engagements.

What you get in an engagement is set out in that agreement. As a general rule: your data, your contacts, your account configurations, and the message content you approved are yours, and you keep them if we stop working together.

Disclaimers

The site is provided as-is. We keep it accurate, but we don't warrant that everything on it is complete, current, or error-free, and nothing on it is professional advice for your specific situation.

Automated systems are not a substitute for human judgment. Anything urgent, unusual, or legally sensitive should reach a person, which is how we build the escalation paths in the first place.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Nerve Link isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site, including lost profits or lost business.

For anything arising out of a paid engagement, the limitation of liability in that engagement's written agreement applies instead of this section.

Some states don't allow certain limitations. Where that's the case, the limitations above apply only as far as the law permits.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising from the site belong in the state or federal courts serving Pierce County, Washington.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. When we do, the "last updated" date above changes and the revised version goes here. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
